Replacement of Server IP Addresses
Dear Valued Customers,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding your services with us.
Due to recent spam activity originating from a few customers within our subnet, it has become necessary for us to take immediate action to safeguard the integrity and reputation of our network. As a result, we will be replacing the current IP addresses associated with your server with new ones.
It will be replaced if your IP is starting with,
216.185.57.xxx
195.95.200.xxx
103.240.199.xxx
200.229.16.xxx
103.125.147.xxx
104.234.159.xxx
You will get an email with new details; the email subject will be 'New Server Information: “AKV INFOTECH WEB SOLUTIONS”. You do not need to worry if your IP is different than the mentioned subnets.
You can expect to receive an email from us within the next 24 to 48 hours containing your new IP address(es) along with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that if you are using Windows Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) to access your server, you will need to use the new IP address accordingly. For Linux users and web hosting users, you need to update the IP in the DNS setting and whenever is required.
We are sorry for the inconvenience but it’s necessary measure to avoid sudden difficulties in future.
